Stor-All of Gardnerville Ranchos
The Gardnerville Ranchos facility was the fourth addition to the Stor-All family in 1985. Located at the end of Short Court, this facility was originally much smaller. Soon after being purchased the current office and manager's residence was added as Stor-All began to expand to accommodate the rapid growth in the Ranchos. The facility was built-out in 2006 which included the addition climate controlled units and the first dust resistant units in Carson Valley. It is still the only self-storage facility in the valley's largest neighborhood, as well as the largest facility in the Stor-All family with over 850 units.
