What Happens Next

Thank you for reserving your storage unit. To complete your rental and gain access, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit the Office to Finalize Your Rental

Your reservation holds the unit, but the rental must be completed in person. Please stop by the location’s office during business hours so our team can finish setting up your account.

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

2. Complete Paperwork & Payment

During your visit, we’ll review the rental agreement, answer any questions, and collect your payment.

3. Receive Your Access Code

Once everything is complete, you’ll receive your access code and can begin using your storage unit.

Our office is closed on weekends and we do not offer weekend move-ins. Please plan your move-in during weekday business hours.
