We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated two-person management team to operate a self-storage facility in Winnemucca. This is a hands-on position ideal for a couple or partners who work well together, enjoy customer interaction, and take pride in maintaining a clean, secure, and well-run property.
Position Overview:
The Resident Manager Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the property is maintained to company standards. This role requires professionalism, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing occupants
- Handle rentals, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain office operations and accurate records
- Perform repairs and maintenance and property upkeep
- Monitor facility security and enforce policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and administrative abilities
- Dependability and self-motivation
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintenance or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
