Resident Management Team - Self Storage Facility l Location: Winnemucca, Nevada

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated two-person management team to operate a self-storage facility in Winnemucca. This is a hands-on position ideal for a couple or partners who work well together, enjoy customer interaction, and take pride in maintaining a clean, secure, and well-run property.

Position Overview:

The Resident Manager Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the property is maintained to company standards. This role requires professionalism, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing occupants
  • Handle rentals, payments, and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain office operations and accurate records
  • Perform repairs and maintenance and property upkeep
  • Monitor facility security and enforce policies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and administrative abilities
  • Dependability and self-motivation
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintenance or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
