The Gardnerville Ranchos facility was the fourth addition to the Stor-All family in 1985. It is located at the end of Short Court. The current office and manager’s residence were added when Stor-All needed to expand the facility to accommodate the rapid population growth in the Ranchos. When Stor-All began its expansion of the Rancho’s facility they also included temperature control and the first dust resistant units in Carson Valley. It is still the only self-storage facility in the valley’s largest neighborhood, and with over 850 units it remains the largest facility in the Stor-All family.

Driving Directions
From Hwy 88:
Hwy 88 to Kimmerling Lane turn east for approximately 2 miles to Short St. and take a left. The Stor-All office is located 2 blocks down at end of cul-de-sac on the right side.
From Hwy 395:
Hwy 395 to Riverview Dr., at the top of the hill, it turns into Dresslerville. Continue to Tillman. Turn left on Tillman and go to 2nd stop sign at Kimmerling and turn right. Turn right on Short St. and the Stor-All office is located 2 blocks down at end of cul-de-sac on the right side.
